Tired after workouts? This article is about how to regain their strength following intensive training in the fitness center.

Eating drinks during and after workouts, you will help to rehydrate the body and thereby AIDS in muscle recovery.

4. Food


I think I will not open you the secret if we say that after a workout, ideal components of food products containing carbohydrates and protein. Carbohydrates transfer energy, and protein helps to restore and increase muscle. However, remember that a lot of sugar not only can quickly recover strength, but also deposited unpresentable folds on the abdomen. The amount of carbohydrate is consumed after exercise, depends on the individual – it's all very individual, so on this issue, better consult with your doctor or a fitness trainer. The perfect menu for a meal after a workout will be: chicken breast and hard-boiled egg.
