1. Hyperextension.
With weight, with weight reset, in one leg.

2. Squats with barbell (not in Smith).
Standard stop setting. Variruju speed, drop-sets, number of approaches, repetitions

3. Romanian draught.
With a barbell, with dumbbells, in a simulator for T-Thrust. Just variations on speed, weight loss, etc.

4. Thrust sumo.
Only with a barbell. With dumbbells is not the effect.

5. Romanian thrust in one leg.
Pet on Jagodichki. 🥇 Variruju number of approaches, repetitions, combine with attacks.
