Ryan Terry was born on 17 November 1988 in the UK. As a child, Ryan was very active and athletic guy. He did gymnastics and swimming, which became a base in its formation, as a bodybuilder. As a teenager he began to pay attention to the training with "iron" and not seriously interested in this sport.

In 2010 Ryan Terry played at the tournaments "2010 Mister Great Britain and Mister International 2010", each of which won a striking victory, which has attracted the attention of many representatives of glossy magazines, underwear and sports nutrition. The popularity of the athlete together with the commercial offerings began to grow rapidly.

In 2013, Terry checked his hand at the Amateur "Arnold classic Europe", where he became the absolute champion in the category "mens-Physicist", the result of which was the map of the professional. So, Ryan became the first English athlete, possessing a IFBB Pro Card in the category "mens-Physicist".
